The year 2022 was a very challenging year for our Latino farmworkers, farmers, and ranchers’ network, as well as for the organization.
Although a governance dispute has caused us to no longer be involved with the NLFR organization, the confidence and support of our farmers and ranchers’ network, allowed us to regroup and reestablish ourselves under a new organization, Latino Farmers & Ranchers International, Inc. (LFRI).
We have experienced delays due to re-organizational processes and minimal resources. None-the-less, despite those challenges, we continue to do our due diligence addressing the issues that farmers and ranchers are experiencing due to the climatic crisis on a daily basis.
